Repeat InfringersNot all EasyTorrentStreamservices limit their usage to registered users or other account holders. If you believe thata registered user or other account holder is an infringer, please follow theinstructions above to contact EasyTorrentStream’s Designated Copyright Agentand provide information sufficient for EasyTorrentStream to verify that theregistered user or other account holder is an infringer.
SubpoenasEasyTorrentStream may berequired to disclose information to individuals asserting rights under theDigital Millennium Copyright Act or other intellectual property laws. Youauthorize EasyTorrentStream to release information about you if required by lawor subpoena without notice to you.
